Anigosha
Terms of Use
Last updated: 09.10.2026
Scope
These terms apply to the use of the Anigosha app and its website. Operator:
Josef Gallab (Einzelunternehmen)
Oberhofenweg 21b
6380 St. Johann in Tirol, Österreich
Email: anigosha@wellbooked.at
Requirements
You may create an account if you are at least 16 years old; you confirm this when registering. One account per person.
Fair play
Not permitted: automated tools, manipulation of game data, exploiting technical faults, and offensive, unlawful or misleading player names.
In case of violations we may reset game data or suspend accounts.
Computer-controlled opponents
So that duels are possible even with few active players, some opponents are computer-controlled. These are marked in the app. Human opponents are given priority in matchmaking.
Content and accuracy
Questions were compiled to the best of our knowledge but may contain errors. There is no claim to factual accuracy. Please use the report function if you spot a mistake.
Advertising and “remove ads”
The app is funded by advertising. In the mobile apps you can make a one-off “remove ads” purchase; after that you will no longer be shown full-screen ads (interstitials), and the game aids otherwise offered for an optional video are granted without one.
The purchase is concluded and billed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Payment, refunds and any right of withdrawal are governed by the terms of the respective store; refunds are requested there. Using “Restore purchases” in the app, the purchase can be unlocked again on a new device with the same store account.
Availability and changes
There is no claim to uninterrupted availability. We may change, extend or discontinue features. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app without giving reasons. This ends the agreement.
Liability
We are liable under statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for personal injury remains unaffected.
